MAPPING A TREATMENT FOR SUCCESS

When regular dental or facial x-rays are not enough, Dr. Sudimack and Dr. Kye Kinzer will use an x-ray machine called a Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CT). CBCT is an advanced radiographic image technology and in one scan, the machine helps the doctor create 3-D images of your teeth, bone, nerve pathways, and soft tissue. The scan is a non-invasive procedure done in-office at the time of your appointment.

This technology is commonly used in planning orthodontic treatments, but it may also be used in complicated cases such as:
